The game is developed by Red7, owned by SG Gaming, a subsidiary of Scientific Games, a company that also owns WMS, Bally, Barcrest and some other developers. The game is played on a 3×3 area with 10 fixed paylines, and your bet can range from €0.10 to €200 per spin.
Main game and paytable
When you click the spin button, you’ll see a really nice and unpredictable animation of cars driving down the highway, sometimes under a bridge, before they finally stop before you. This is very cool and it greatly increases the fun from this slot game. It never gets boring as the landscape always changes.
During any base game spin, before the spin ends and the payouts are evaluated, a helicopter may drop a Wild onto the reels, and up to three helicopters may appear per spin. The Wild will only take up one space on the 3×3 board if it lands on its own, without the helicopters, and if the helicopters drop it then it will land in front of a car.
The Wild is the best-paying symbol in the game as you’ll get 50x your bet if you land all three on a winning payline. There are four high-value cars in the game and four low-value ones that have card suit symbols on them. The Limo, Police Car, Taxi and Tractor are the four high-value cars, and the first two pay 20x and 10x respectively, with Taxi paying 5x and Tractor 2.5x, while the four card suit cars pay 1.5x or 1x. This is a decent paytable but the high-value cars are rarely seen. You see Taxi from time to time, but Police Car is rare, and Limo is very rare.
When you land three Scatters, you’ll trigger the free spins feature and will get 10 free spins. During the free spins, a three-row tall Wild can land on any reel, and this is basically the only difference between the free spins game and the base game, but the three-row Wild replaces the helicopter Wilds which don’t appear in the free spins game. If you win less than 10x your total bet during the feature, you’ll get a 10x win guaranteed.
Progressive jackpots – Minor, Major and Epic – can be won on any spin and any bet size, though larger bets have a bigger chance to win. It’s interesting to note that all jackpots have their respective maximum values, and when they reach them, they must be awarded to a player. Maximum values are €1.5k, €20k and €200k respectively. When a jackpot is won, it’s reset to 25% of the value that’s paid out. You see the jackpot values on the right if you’re playing for real money, and if you’re playing for fun then the values will be zero as you can’t win it.
Lucky Lanes Slots RTP
Theoretical return to player (RTP) is 97.14%, which is excellent, and it’s the main reason to play this game and to do so for real money. However, it’s important to note that the RTP is 97.14% with the progressive jackpots included, and the game itself has RTP of 95.14% as 2% of every bet you make contributes to the progressive jackpots.
This is a simple game, but then again, most 3×3 slots are. If we compare Lucky Lanes with other 3×3 slots, we immediately see this game is much more fun because of the innovative theme and the way the game is played, the Wilds are a special treat whenever you get them, and the progressive jackpots mean you can win enough money to actually buy one of the cars you see on the road. Excellent game for all 3×3 slot fans. You’ll find it in Red7 casinos, or alternatively you can try WMS casinos as they may have this game.
